We want to wish all our of former Warriors luck in their various University Training Camps this week. From the Class of 2014 reporting for their first training camps are QB Kaleb Scott at Ohio’s Malone University (DII), SB Kyle Lasota and G Brett Murray at the University of Ottawa and a trio of Warriors, LB Luke Ciraco, C Jon Paton & LB Lawson Morassutti, are off to Halifax to play for St. Mary’s University. Finally, the big man, Devon Baker-Francis is loving the desert heat as he sweating away his training camp at New Mexico Military Institute. NMMI is a US Junior College in Roswell, New Mexico (Area 51, LOL!).

This Monday is the first night of the York Region Football Camp at Huron Heights. A week Monday is Testing in our weight-room. Testing is for Senior’s only and goes Monday and Tuesday, August 25 & 26, 12 – 3:30 pm each day. Testing is mandatory for the 2014 season. Training Camp begins Tuesday September 2nd at 4 pm. The Seniors leave for Camp Olympia on Friday September 5th at 9 am and return Sunday September 7th at 3 pm. BE READY TO WORK! Here we go!
