BANDED BICEP CIRCUIT 10/15/20 ________ You can use anything to curl

ROAD FARMERS WALK 4 X 40 YARDS (ADJUST THE WEIGHT) _ _ _ _

INDIVIDUAL SPEED & CONDITIONING WORK

10 X 40 Yards
Go out on your street or to the park.
Mark off 40 yards and start by running 12 x 40.

Run 12 x 40 every night for 2 weeks.
It will take 10 minutes.
